Hours and Location:
  • Location: 360 Peak One Drive, Frisco, CO 80443.
  • Pharmacy Operational Hours: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How You'll Make an Impact:

As a PRN Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you'll contribute to a community's well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management. (This is an On Call / Back Up for vacation, PTO, Sick or other leave for the PIC / Staff Pharmacists at site.)
  • Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy counseling services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
  • Build effective relationships to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients.
  • Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development.
  • Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more.

What You'll Bring:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Pharmacist license current and in good standing in the sate of Colorado.
  • A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of working Pharmacist experience (strong preference in retail/outpatient pharmacy)
  • Specialty pharmacy
  • Prior authorization experience
  • Three years (preferred) of experience in the practice of pharmacy
  • Experience managing some direct / indirect reports.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes.

Base Compensation: Hourly pay $45.79 to $65.41.

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.)
