A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements.Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of working Pharmacist experience (strong preference in retail/outpatient pharmacy) Specialty pharmacy Prior authorization experience Three years (preferred) of experience in the practice of pharmacy Experience managing some direct / indirect reports.
