Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in North Dakota. As a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will have the opportunity to help individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals by providing customized financial solutions and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans to increase your client base
  • Discuss financial concerns and needs with potential clients and identify potential solutions within our competitive suite of products and services
  • Offer high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, long-term care insurance, securities, investments, and other products to meet the financial needs of your clients
  • Hone your knowledge and professional skills by successfully completing our comprehensive training curriculum
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share complex ideas with clients
  • Uncompromising integrity and a strong sense of ethics
  • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contacts to build your business
  • Solid business expertise and knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Growth mindset and sales experience a plus
