- Claims and Policy Administration: Assist clients with the insurance claims process, and ensure that all policy administration tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly valued.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Certifications: Active investment licenses preferred, but not required.
