About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Aidaly. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our office and community lounge, ensuring a seamless experience for our caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the office and community lounge, including answering calls, ordering supplies, and greeting caregivers.
  • Develop and refine processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team lead to run training labs and ensure compliance with state requirements.
  • Use technology to manage caregiver schedules, maintain records, and communicate with the care team.
  • Host community programming and events, and collaborate with local support service providers.
  • Engage in local social media content and build community through sharing knowledge.
Requirements
  • Natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Self-motivated and independent, with a passion for building relationships and driving impact.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
