Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
  • Perform hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
  • Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics, including diet and medication management
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
