Job Title: Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Medical Care Specialist, you will provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.

About the Role:
In this rewarding role, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work collaboratively with healthcare members to collect, analyze, and interpret data, and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a current LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice, as well as a current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS card. One year of prior professional nursing experience is preferred but not required.
