Job Title: Tow Truck Operator/ Recovery Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Operator/ Recovery Agent to join our team at Pegasus Recovery Solutions.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the auto recovery or towing industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and order completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a tow truck, recovering vehicles, and providing support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tow truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Recover vehicles in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recoveries, including vehicle condition reports and inventory of personal property.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient order completion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the asset recovery services field.
Requirements
  • At least 25 years old.
  • No felonies on record for at least 7 years.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Team-oriented and willing to learn.
  • Computer literate and able to complete updates on each case.
  • Ability to work long or extended hours, including night shifts.
