Responsibilities:
* Provide care for patients with various critical conditions, including post-surgical recovery, trauma, overdose, and chronic illnesses.
* Utilize advanced life support equipment and techniques to stabilize patients in critical condition.
* Monitor vital signs, manage invasive lines, and assess patients for any changes in their condition.
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
* Accurately document patient information using EPIC or similar electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Requirements:
* Current RN license.
* BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
* Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
* Proficiency in computer charting (EPIC experience preferred).
Skills:
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-acuity setting.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
