Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant to join our team at the University of Wisconsin Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in adult learning principles and DEI to design and deliver engaging training sessions and presentations on various topics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across UW Health and UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health to develop and implement DEI initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform DEI strategies and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders to promote a culture of inclusion and respect.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as education, organizational development, or diversity studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DEI consulting, training, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective DEI training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
