2nd Shift - Facility Maintenance Associate

Compensation: Starting at $18.53/hour (includes a $1.00 2nd shift premium)

  • Additionally, monthly performance incentives are available.
Work Schedule:
  • Sunday to Thursday work week, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
  • 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

At Gordon Food Service, we take pride in providing seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is essential to our success. As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you will support our team by ensuring that the facilities are clean and organized for efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, emptying trash, clearing snow, and maintaining landscaping. Be prepared to work in extreme temperatures, ranging from -25F to 100F. No prior experience is necessary - we will provide training to equip you for the role.

Are you a good fit?
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required - holidays are crucial for our customers.
  • Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F) is essential.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (to understand labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and company information related to benefits and updates).
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required.
