Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Instep. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the development of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Account Management: Meet with customers daily, track orders, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and promotions, and maintain a broad working knowledge of industry-related news.
  • Training and Development: Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees, and contribute to brainstorming, marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle constructive criticism, and excel in unsupervised solo assignments.
  • General marketing experience and excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work full-time hours in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
