Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and quality care to clients while maintaining maximum productivity.
  • Patient Care: Foster a culture built on respect, learning, and compassion, ensuring the safety and well-being of pets during their visit.
  • Facility Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and prepare exam rooms, medical equipment, and surgery between each appointment.
  • Animal Care: Feed, water, bathe, and exercise pets during their visit, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Supply Management: Stock supplies and products, ensuring a seamless operation.
  • Communication: Respond to general questions from clients, providing clear and concise information.
  • Team Collaboration: Support a practice environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork, ensuring the delivery of quality, compassionate, effective, and efficient health care to pets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in an animal care setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Skills: Basic written, verbal, and active listening communication skills, basic judgement and problem-solving skills, compassion and empathy for both pets and pet owners, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
