Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary care team discussions, proposing optimal treatment plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Serve as a clinical mentor to less experienced therapists by providing insights on complex clinical scenarios, reviewing treatment strategies, and collaborating to devise and implement comprehensive Physical Therapy care plans.
- Supervise the patient care activities of Physical Therapy interns, Assistants, and Rehabilitation Aides.
- Function as a Clinical Instructor within the Physical Therapy student program.
- Contribute to program development, performance enhancement, and the formulation of departmental policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of ethical standards and performance criteria relevant to the profession.
- Familiarity with equipment and vendors pertinent to the assigned area.
- Understanding of business aspects related to the position, including utilization management and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in evaluation and treatment techniques applicable to standard patient care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Licenses and Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- California Physical Therapist (PT) license.
