  • Supporting audit processes for internal and external auditors.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOX controls in all accounts receivable processes.
  • Preparing for timely month-end closing activities.
  • Continuously seeking improvements in operations, reducing turnaround times, and streamlining processes to enhance customer service quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.
  • Ability to navigate multiple financial systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Solid grasp of accounting principles and collection regulations.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and accounting software (JDE preferred).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer service focus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable.
  • Familiarity with JDE or Oracle systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
