Lynn Community Health Center (LCHC) is a community-focused health center committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate healthcare to all individuals, irrespective of their financial circumstances.

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition expert to devise and execute strategies aimed at attracting and engaging a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health Therapists, Nurses, and Patient Service Representatives. This role encompasses the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring that our staffing needs align with our mission to serve the community effectively.

Additionally, this position will spearhead the development and implementation of an Employee Engagement initiative, striving to position LCHC as a premier workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to fulfill staffing requirements across all departments.
  • Execute recruitment programs that guarantee high-quality, compassionate healthcare delivery to community members.
  • Apply workforce planning principles to proactively address staffing vacancies.
  • Conduct an Employee Engagement Survey and formulate an action plan to enhance LCHC's reputation as a desirable workplace.
  • Collaborate with leadership to cultivate an engaging work environment that resonates with employees.
  • Provide training for staff to improve their interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Work alongside clinical teams to establish effective preceptorship opportunities that encourage long-term employment.
  • Analyze metrics such as fill rate, cycle time, cost of hire, retention, and employee engagement to refine recruitment processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience within a large healthcare organization.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing marketing and branding strategies, including digital platforms and job boards, to attract candidates.
  • Proven leadership experience in strategic planning, transformation, and operational management.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Experience in administering Employee Engagement surveys, with the ability to analyze results and implement improvements.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and engage with all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
