Job Summary

The Elser Hotel & Residences is seeking a highly skilled Mini Bar Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain proper levels of inventory in guest room Mini Bars to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Restocking and Sanitation: Check on usage/consumption of products and restock accordingly. Ensure sanitation levels are met and maintain a clean and organized Mini Bar area.
  • Guest Communication: Communicate guest needs to the proper department and handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Revenue Management: Charge for consumption of products according to hotel policy and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler cards as required by local or state government agency.
  • Experience: One year experience as a Room Service Server preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
