The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Primary Care Clinic. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service

  • Planning and Managing Care
    • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
    • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Patient/Family Education
    • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Lab Duties
    • Perform laboratory tests and procedures as required.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
  • 1 year of experience in a primary care setting.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
