LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Hopkinsville. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality nursing care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and care plan for residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s)
  • Manage medications and treatments, and implement and evaluate resident plans of care
  • Document nursing services and enable residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents
