MaineHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at the Sussman House in Rockport, Maine. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide patient-centered care to individuals with terminal illnesses, promoting comfort and dignity throughout their journey.
This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. About the Position:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program required
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the applicable state(s)
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
- Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred
