Hospice Nurse Job Description

As a registered nurse specializing in hospice care, you will work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, assisted living facilities, and patient homes. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, managing pain, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the specialty, an active RN license, and excellent communication skills. This is a 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts position with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
