Job Title: Regional Manager

CW Resources, a national non-profit organization, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to oversee federal, state, and private contracts across various regions in the United States. This role entails managing contract renewals, negotiations, and issue resolutions while identifying and cultivating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between government customers, the Naval Investigative Service, and other stakeholders to ensure contracts are met and customers are satisfied.
  • Develop and execute a quality management plan, including managing resources and aligning with the company's business goals.
  • Create and maintain systems for setting quality standards, implementing best practices, and measuring performance.
  • Monitor performance to uphold quality standards and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and incorporate them into the quality management system.
  • Communicate quality issues and updates effectively across departments.
  • Plan and manage departmental activities within budget and on schedule.
  • Provide regular reports on changes in standards and performance.
  • Manage staff performance, including evaluations, training, and development.
  • Monitor departmental performance against targets, budgets, and policies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to national projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Implement and oversee safety training, inspect work areas for hazards, and address safety issues.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Hold employees accountable for following safety rules and maintain equipment in safe condition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Masters in Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum of four years' experience in Project Management.
  • Minimum of three years' Supervisory experience.
  • Experience overseeing contracts and/or government contracts in excess of 5 million dollars (preferred).
