Compensation: $16.34/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive product and billing information, including tracking numbers, order status, and freight costs to clients through various communication channels.
  • Process purchase orders received via phone or electronic means, ensuring accuracy in pricing and item details.
  • Calculate necessary financial details such as credits, taxes, and freight costs while managing rush orders efficiently.
  • Notify the accounting department regarding accounts placed on credit hold for further action.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Technical Support team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare packages with specific shipping and packing instructions prior to dispatch.
  • Coordinate logistics between the manufacturing facility, clients, and shipping partners.
  • Generate and manage documentation for processing credits, debits, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in interpreting sales orders and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred.
