About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Vibrant Living Assistant to join our team at Brightview Senior Living, LLC. As a Vibrant Living Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our residents live an active and vibrant life.

Responsibilities
  • Get to Know Our Residents: Develop relationships with our residents to understand their interests and preferences, and help plan and implement activities that promote their physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional well-being.
  • Promote Community Events: Communicate upcoming events and activities to residents and their families, and promote a sense of community and engagement.
  • Participate in Activities: Join in on activities such as games, painting, singing, and music, and help organize and run these events.
  • Utilize Communication Channels: Assist in promoting events and activities through various channels, such as newsletters and community boards.
  • Transportation: Safely transport residents to and from events, as needed.
  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up and breaking down events and activities.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude and Energy: Possess a positive attitude and a lot of energy to engage with residents and promote a sense of community.
  • Active Driver's License: Hold an active driver's license in good standing.
  • Qualifications: Have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
