Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Vibrant Living Coordinator to join our team at Brightview Senior Living, LLC. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in helping our residents live an active and vibrant life.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that promotes resident satisfaction and well-being.
  • Plan and coordinate community events and activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Collaborate with residents, staff, and external partners to create a dynamic and inclusive environment.
  • Utilize your creativity to design and implement innovative programs and activities that enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of events and activities, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and staff.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with residents and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent walking and bending.

  • Competitive salary range: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.
