Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize M.O.S.T methodology to create balanced manufacturing processes, ensuring high efficiency and adherence to SQCDM targets.
  • Conduct audits and maintain operational data for accuracy across all standards.
  • Estimate production process times and establish operational standards.
  • Identify ergonomic improvements to enhance workplace safety and prevent injuries.
  • Support New Model Events by proactively addressing potential issues prior to mass production.
  • Develop project plans and schedules as required.
  • Provide analytical support for process evaluations and summarize impacts as necessary.
  • Ensure that lineside racks are organized for effective process delivery during line changes.
  • Act as the packaging liaison for the Assembly Department, coordinating with relevant teams on packaging modifications.
  • Enhance the skills of yourself and your colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Gather feedback from production staff to address concerns effectively.

Candidate Profile:

Required Experience:

  • 0-4 years of relevant manufacturing experience based on educational background.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to escalate issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in M.O.S.T methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Responsive to production floor needs and requirements.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with SEQCDM guidelines within the designated area.
  • Effective time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Understanding of business planning and PDDA principles.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Catia for drawing updates.
