Job Overview

Dermatology Associates of Concord is a leading Physician-owned dermatology practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Practice Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic, greeting patients and visitors with courtesy and respect, and monitoring clinic flow to proactively solve issues that impact patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing check-in, check-out, registration, scheduling and verification duties for patients
  • Maintaining accurate information from patients and maintaining confidentiality
  • Monitoring clinic flow and proactively solving issues that impact patient flow
  • Maintaining a clean, welcoming and calming environment of the check-in and waiting room areas

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Experience with computer software systems, such as Microsoft Office

Preferred qualifications include medical office experience.
