Position:
Automotive Service Specialist

Overview:
We are in search of enthusiastic and positive technicians who are dedicated to providing excellent service.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong desire to solve complex issues while ensuring the best experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our customers
Gain experience as an automotive technician across various domestic and foreign vehicles
Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections
Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly
Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs
Work alongside fellow technicians to resolve issues, meet targets, and achieve outstanding results.


Qualifications:

Positive demeanor and a commitment to customer service
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
B-level or C-level technicians preferred; opportunities for growth through CBA training resources available
ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to obtain them
Able to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles
Meet or exceed productivity goals
Willingness to learn new skills and processes
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Desire for long-term career advancement.


Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
Ability to work with tools on vehicles elevated above head
Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs
Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday
Capable of driving manual transmission vehicles
Proficient in navigating computer systems.
