Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Accurately and efficiently register patients, verify insurance and/or third-party coverage, and schedule appointments
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient demographic and insurance information
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phones
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance programs
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
