Resident Services Coordinator II

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Services Coordinator II to join our team at Mercy Housing. As a key member of our community development team, you will play a vital role in facilitating and implementing core programs that enhance the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and record data to measure program outcomes and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Conduct needs assessments and community meetings to understand resident needs and develop strategies to link them with necessary services.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations to bring services and resources to our residents.
- Act as an ambassador and advocate for our property, promoting volunteering and community engagement.
- Deliver direct services when necessary and participate in staff efforts to promote resident stability.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in community development, social services, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to maintain confidentiality and obtain release of information as necessary.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with mental health issues.
- Two years of experience working with senior and developmentally disabled populations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience conducting community assessments, conflict management, and organizing community groups and events.
