Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, including Master Project Schedules and Master Variance guidelines
- Manage contracts, pay requests, and change orders with owners and architects
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed on time
- Communicate with owners, architects, and field personnel to ensure project progress
- Manage subcontracts and purchase orders, ensuring all documents are completed and signed
Requirements:
- Experience in construction project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
