Location: Milwaukee, WI at Froedtert Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls facility.

This position is ON-SITE.

FTE:

Shift: Day Shift

Position Overview:

This role encompasses responsibilities at both Froedtert Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital.

Schedule:

- Outpatient Neuro on Mondays and Fridays from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexible hours available.

- FMFH on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

- Seeking an experienced Pelvic Floor Therapist.

- Preferred experience with both male and female patients.

- Background in pelvic pain management, pregnancy-related issues, and post-partum incontinence is advantageous.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering comprehensive physical therapy services by evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment strategies. The therapist will engage in various Rehabilitation Services department initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and program development. A Physical Therapist II showcases advanced assessment and treatment capabilities and contributes to program innovation, staff training, and student mentorship. Additionally, this role involves emerging leadership responsibilities and mentoring departmental staff. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Experience Requirements:

A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Therapist, meeting the criteria for Level I responsibilities as determined through interview and assessment.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is mandatory.

Special Skills Required:

Must demonstrate proficiency in all PT Level 1 competencies, maintain productivity standards, and possess the potential for additional responsibilities. Clinical expertise in specific areas may be required.

Licensure Requirements:
WI state licensure as a Physical Therapist is essential. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent is required within three months of hire. RN/OT/PT/SLP credentials are preferred.
