Your role and impact:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be instrumental in delivering hands-on personal care. This includes assisting with nurse-delegated tasks such as monitoring vital signs and operating mechanical lifts. Your commitment will significantly enhance the quality of life for residents through effective communication, meaningful interactions, and support with daily activities.

Work Schedule: Varied shifts available, particularly in the PM shift (3 PM - 11 PM) and NOC shift (11 PM - 7 AM).

FLEX PRN Program Requirements:

  • Complete the onboarding process.
  • Provide monthly availability to the PRN Coordinator.
  • Scheduled based on provided availability unless notified of staffing changes.
  • No impact on PRN status if availability decreases due to staffing needs.
  • Failure to meet monthly minimum may lead to probation or disciplinary measures.
  • FLEX PRN-A: Commit to one to four 12-hour shifts per month.
  • FLEX PRN-B: Commit to five or more 12-hour shifts per month.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly.
