We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Carle Foundation Hospital. As a key member of our Customer Solutions department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, employers, and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and completely answer and document inquiries from members, employers, and providers.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, members, providers, and employers to ensure needs are met.
  • Process requests for member materials, including ID cards, summaries of benefits, and policies.
  • Assist members in accessing company websites and provide education on insurance topics.
  • Meet or exceed department-specific performance and quality requirements.
Requirements
  • Three years of general customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in using a computer keyboard, navigating multiple software applications, and managing a multi-line phone.
  • Ability to project a professional image and interact with diverse personalities and cultures.
  • Must be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in interpersonal interactions.
