- Facilitate communication between departments, members, providers, and employers to ensure needs are met.
- Process requests for member materials, including ID cards, summaries of benefits, and policies.
- Assist members in accessing company websites and provide education on insurance topics.
- Meet or exceed department-specific performance and quality requirements.
- Three years of general customer service experience.
- Proficiency in using a computer keyboard, navigating multiple software applications, and managing a multi-line phone.
- Ability to project a professional image and interact with diverse personalities and cultures.
- Must be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in interpersonal interactions.
