We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Houston Marriott Westchase. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including supply and linen inventories, and update room statuses in our computer system.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a hotel housekeeping department, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move linens and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and push and pull carts without assistance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions, and to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
