Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Assign tasks and projects to team members to ensure efficient use of resources and effective completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest room status, linen inventory, and supply levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.

Requirements:
