Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and secure deals
    • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site visits, and market trends
  • Due Diligence and Contract Administration
    • Perform thorough due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
    • Utilize a CRM to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
  • Property Matching and Intermediary Services
    • Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
    • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Always be consulting by providing clients with exceptional service and expert advice
Requirements
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study
    • Current NC Real Estate License
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette
    • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends
    • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
    • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
