Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Medication Technician to provide high-quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, provide emotional support, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pass medications to residents after successful completion of training and testing
  • Take vital signs and assist with personal hygiene tasks
  • Assist residents with ambulation and provide support with physical therapy exercises
  • Perform housekeeping tasks as needed and report any unusual incidents
  • Offer activities that promote daily living skills, such as serving meals and assisting with daily tasks

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
