Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a supportive team environment, contributing to a small interdisciplinary group of healthcare professionals.
  • Administer care to patients with various co-morbidities, developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise patient care technicians in monitoring patient conditions and managing equipment.
  • Engage in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, utilizing a comprehensive range of nursing skills.
  • Deliver specialized nephrology care, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
  • Work within a hospital framework, integrating into both the healthcare system and DaVita’s operational team.
  • Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient care needs, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications:
