We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Dart Container. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to maintenance teams to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available to support maintenance activities.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with production teams, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or production environment required; three years of experience in maintenance and reliability preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; experience with maintenance planning and execution; knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a production or maintenance environment.
