About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our team at the Leola Distribution Center. As an Order Selector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate selection and packing of orders for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
  • Receive and process Distribution Center stock products
  • Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain Distribution Center vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

About the Pay:

We offer a competitive base salary, plus up to $ incentive pay, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, and more.

Requirements:

  • Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per day
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Physically able to operate pallet jacks
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Physical Demands and Abilities:

  • Regularly required to use hands and arms for grabbing, pulling, pushing
  • Reach and/or lift materials above head
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
  • Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with assistance

Available Shifts:

We have two available shifts:

  • First Shift: 6:00 am-2:30 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
  • Possibility of part-time shifts available
