We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at GrowthWise Search Partners. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for owning the HR function for a multi-company organization with approximately 140 employees. Your duties will include supporting employee development initiatives, onboarding, recruiting, HR compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR Generalist or equivalent role.
  • A strong Emotional I.Q. and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work well with multiple personality types and handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation:

A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience, plus an incentive bonus potential. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid holidays, and paid vacation time.
