Customer Service - Appointment Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer calls and ensure follow-ups with sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using established scripts and templates
  • Provide initial product information to customers and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
  • Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs
  • Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule an appointment or who have missed appointments
  • Engage in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking systems on a daily basis
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required
