Customer Service - Appointment Specialist

In this position, you will serve as the crucial link between customers and their prospective vehicles. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries related to our company, potential vehicles, and their purchasing capabilities. You will have the chance to familiarize yourself with the latest vehicles and technologies available in the market. Our dedicated in-house training team is committed to your success, providing both online and in-store training programs in collaboration with our manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer calls and ensure follow-ups with sales appointments
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using established scripts and templates
  • Provide initial product information to customers and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
  • Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs
  • Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule an appointment or who have missed appointments
  • Engage in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking systems on a daily basis
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is required
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Courteous and prompt communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality
  • Strong computer proficiency
