Position Overview:
The Client Relations Specialist Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the customer service and order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the accurate entry of customer orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
2. Conduct audits on outbound orders to ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
3. Support the picking, packing, and shipping of small quantity orders, primarily through UPS.
4. Perform inventory counts as necessary to maintain order accuracy.

Customer Service Duties:
Provide assistance with general inquiries regarding processes and orders, collaborating effectively with the warehouse team.
Support special projects as required.
