- Donor Experience: Ensure that donors have a positive experience at the center, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all center operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Financial Management: Manage center finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Center Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve center performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or biotechnology setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors, staff, and external partners.
