Take a leadership role in enhancing store performance, team success, and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring quality throughout the production process
  • Establish and manage production workflows, setting standards and procedures for the team
  • Utilize printing and finishing equipment to deliver high-quality print and marketing orders punctually
  • Produce proofs and samples for client consultations, execute quick edits, and make necessary document adjustments
  • Ensure machine functionality and organization (including the arrangement of completed orders, production supplies, etc.)
  • Adapt to perform additional tasks as required
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and sequence production steps for various projects
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying quality concerns throughout the print production process
  • Proficient in engaging with customers to comprehend their requirements
  • Ability to lift and transport supplies weighing between 10-50 pounds, with a capacity for continuous standing and walking
  • Basic computer proficiency to open, save, and send electronic files, use email, and operate Microsoft Word (or similar applications), along with familiarity with desktop publishing software including Adobe and Publisher
