We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Sno-Haus Ski Shops. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of incoming shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify shipment accuracy and document discrepancies
  • Process supplier paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and print product labels and tags for stock checking
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues
  • Support the inventory team in tagging and placing products into stock
  • Reconcile supplier shipping documents with original orders
  • Generate documents for transfers between stores
  • Enter buyer's orders into our computer system
  • Provide assistance to company personnel as needed
  • Maintain stock of receiving supplies

Requirements:

  • High School degree with Associate's Degree or relevant certification a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
