Work Schedule: Night shift with flexibility required during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational leadership to ensure that daily tasks, including driver deliveries and customer service operations, are executed efficiently.
  • Supervise a team of CDL Class A drivers, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and on-time deliveries.
  • Conduct performance management, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Facilitate training for new associates and conduct regular team meetings to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential functions, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and depth perception.
