- Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled, and respond to all business calls or emails in a timely manner
- Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to maximize sales potential and drive revenue growth
- Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce costs, and provide world-class guest service
- Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations
- Partner with the host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
- Ensure accurate and timely preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment at your location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
