As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies to drive profitability and efficiency, leading and developing a local team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, assigning duties, and optimizing labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled, and respond to all business calls or emails in a timely manner
  • Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to maximize sales potential and drive revenue growth
  • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce costs, and provide world-class guest service
  • Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations
  • Partner with the host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
  • Ensure accurate and timely preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment at your location
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
