Compensation: $19.50/hr to $24.50/hr based on experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in reception, customer service, dispatching, or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Professional communication skills over the phone

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the geographical area or map reading skills
  • Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all service appointments as they come in
  • Update customer records with new information
  • Prepare service contract proposals for prospective clients
  • Oversee maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and material staging
  • Procure parts for special requests
  • Follow up on outstanding and suggested work with clients and technicians
